Dolphins Are Not Going Away

Every team has watched the Patriots - Broncos and are using the exact same strategy to beat Manning and the Broncos. The Dolphins are just taking it to the ponies today. The Broncos look like they're ready to call it quits.

The Dolphins are gaining confidence every week and they really could cause problems for the Patriots. After the Broncos they have Ravens, the Jets twice, the Patriots and the Vikings. The Patriots fortunately will play them in Foxboro.

Hopefully Manning will get his offense in gear and pull this out.

Talib is good - just a tad too fragile. With how Revis & Browner are playing right now, I don't think there's a question as to who had the better upgrade this past offseason.

Fish faded late in the game. They were really playing well through the first half. I think they got a tad overconfident and thought they had this one in the bag. Manning didn't look overly confident, but he knew what buttons to push and got the job done. Broncos win 39-36.

I don't think overconfidence was the issue at all. Miami just doesn't have the horses (pardon the pun) to run with the Broncos in Denver.

My take away from that game is that Denver has some serious issues. Going to South Florida and struggling to look like a professional football team for a half in the heat and humidity is excusable, doing so at home is not.

Denver was in fact exposed a few weeks back, but Miami was still too busy celebrating their Super Bowl win in week 2 to take advantage of an obviously overrated team..

After Taylor got injured (didn't look good) - they were playing with warm bodies in the secondary. Denver was doing what they wanted after that offensively. That's a bit much to go into Denver with a deficiency at CB (Finnegan was out - Taylor injured/dnr)

They did play well considering.
