Marlon Lucky currently plays for UFL team New York Sentinels (will be a Hartford team in 2010), didn't log a single yard of rushing, and looks like he's their 4th RB on the depth chart. This team went 0-6 last season too.

No way the Chargers would look at him even for waterboy.

BTW - interesting stat, Cory Ross was the league leading rusher for the UFL last season.

Cory was injured, had surgery, and was pretty much 'hands off' by NFL teams because they didn't want his baggage. He got healed up and signed up for the UFL as a way to get back the league and was in the running for league MVP. If you didn't see him playing; he looked really good. He's had a bunch of meetings since the UFL season ended with NFL teams but hasn't been offered anything yet; he'll probably be invited to some camps and make a team.

Sproles is a free agent! unless they franchise him. So who says Sproles is with the Chargers next season. Running backs in the NFL are a young mans game. The Chargers could very well be looking at a guy like Lucky and even a Cory Ross.

Cory Ross moved into my old Fallbrook house while he was injured. Dude is a baller and will make an excellent special teams return man at least in the NFL. Porkchop baby!! As for Lucky, he is garbage and should give up.

If Lucky is the guy I am thinking of he was here Bo's 1st year as head coach and was not as good a rusher as Helu by a long shot. My understanding is that he was better at picking up blocks when he was not carrying the ball. And if its the guy I am thinking of he bad mouthed Neb. and said he wished he hadn't stayed his sr. year.

YOU NEED TO SHOW ME what you are talking about. Obviously with the words IF in sentences that I was not sure and YOU didn't put ANYTHING in your comment to say that YOU KNOW A DAMN THING. You just criticized and didn't produce a damn fact. I didn't go checking the web on stuff I do know that we had a guy and I think it was Lucky (if not tell me who it was) that Bo and Watson had as the starting back in front of Helu two years ago. And I know that that kid mouthed off b4 our bowl game that year saying it was a mistake for him to have stayed at Neb. I think the kid was Lucky If not tell me who it was. I know that Helu had a lot more yards per carry than the starter that year did and that the people on the fox site said the starter was not as good at getting the yards rushing as Helu but that he was better at picking up blocks.
So STUFF IT. I didn't come down on anyone I made some statements and you give me the shit you did. GTH and learn to read what is said and make comments that relate to what I said idiot.
