Please tell me more about how Baker Mayfield played so well against that defense that one time for half a game as reasons why Murray is so good and why Oklahoma wouldn't win games without him.

You referenced the Ou offense as why Murray has such good numbers. His numbers are comparable to the no 1 pick in the draft last year. Doesn’t wash.

I actually saw where if you take Murray’s and Tua’s fourth quarter stats out and compare them side by side Murray still wins by a fair margin. Not looking to insert myself into this pissing match but I’m tired of seeing that particular nonsense argument. We’ll get to see soon enough what Kyler can do against bamas defense.

Tua didn't play many 3rd quarters either beyond a single drive out of the half, until we started playing better defenses at the end of the year.

It was just isn't mentioned because it wasn't "never" like the 4th quarter.

Overall Tua had more yards per attempt, which means he would end up with more yards if given the same attempts as Murray. But it wasn't by much and I'm thinking that probably took a hit today. But then he's played against 3 top10 defenses too.

I'm fine with Murray winning it. I think Tua played like shit today because he was trying to win it, and fuck that. I took exception to people who tried claiming Tua wasn't a good QB and that any ole QB could be slotted in and all that bullshit. If people want to act like that, I'm telling the truth for what it is.

I think Murray will win it. People have very short memories and tonights game just did Tua in. Murray wasn't really impressive today, but he didn't disappoint and he played earlier.

I'm just happy it only ended up him losing the Heisman and not losing the chance at a national championship.
