Apparently everyone but you thinks that is a horrible move but KG and Gervin on the 2nd unit wins the 1 & 3 for me IMO.

The 2 &4 is close. Kareem and Hakeem are about even or not even to make a difference. I think Payton gets the nod over Stockton for his superior defense, both great though. Pierce and King is a tough matchup to figure out, I doubt either with stop each other. Wade gets the nod over Mullin and is the biggest mismatch. So honestly it could go either way. Mebert composed a hell of a team that snuck up on me lol

Lot of good points, but Glove over Stockton? Only PGs over Stockton are Magic and Oscar. A case can be made for Thomas, not one I agree with, but it can be made.

If Curry stays healthy he will probably pass him one day.

Well defensively I would take the Glove but overall Stockton but not a huge mismatch IMO. Stockton's facilitating is uncomparable IMO other than Magic of course

Curry as a scorer and shooter, yes. All-around I think Stockton is a more complete player than Curry and I dont see that changing but the offense could trump Stockton overall

Glove was a nightmare on defense.

That was my thought, Currys shooting might make him more valuable over all, but he will never run an offense or play defense as well as Stockton.

As a long distance shooter.

But no way as a true point guard, imo. The Top 4 are are on a different level, to me. (Our Top Four are in a different order, but that's a minor detail.)

I think Shane's 1&3 give him too much of an edge that eventhough I think Mebs wins 2&4, Shane's advantage there is too large... It's damn close because Wade would eat Mullin up too, KAJ is going to score as well... I think NVL keeps Tiny in check and McHale can't do enough to keep pace... Shane

A lot of people aren't aware not only does Stockton have the most assists in NBA history he also has the most steals by a very large margin.

I'm guilty of not giving him enough credit defensively and scoring wise, but I feel the same way about him as you do about Tom Brady passing wise... I think he's a master PnR/PnP player both reading the pass or taking the shot... But I don't think him having the most assists makes him the best passer ever... That's like saying Emmit is the best Arab ever IMO... Definitely have to respect him but...
