After reading the D1 rookie draft rules last night, led me to two questions

1) do we have an expired draft clock policy? Don't recall it happening in our previous rookie drafts

2) if a pick gets traded whilst on the clock, does the team acquiring the pick get a moment or does the sands of the hourglass continue to trickle away?
