If this supposed three teamer between Denver, Detroit, and New Jersey goes down, and the Nets end up with Melo, Billups and Rip, the Raptors better get comfortable in the bottom of the Atlantic Division for the near future. Boston is Boston, New York is starting to turn the corner now, and New Jersey with Melo and those veterans alongside Brook Lopez, means the Raptors are going to have a lot of losing to do. It may end up being a good thing in the long run to be dominated for 2-3 seasons and stock up on young talent, but it may be a long while before the Raptors see the playoffs again.
