I'm not sure what the deal is with the new CBA but it would be pretty nice. Would certainly provide more options in the offseason.

There really wasn't much doubt if you saw him after the hit.

As you said I worry about him as a person ( he seems like a real good guy always one of the 1st at charity events, and a locker room leader who stands up for teammates on the ice). But that said in the hard business of sports we could use his salary better.

Also don't want to see him be a Brett Lindros who still has symptoms after all these years....

I like Clowe when he's healthy, but knew he would miss time with various injuries.

But if this year is a sign of things to come we're screwed

I hope the guy is okay and can lead a normal life once he's away from hockey, but I do not want the Devils to be paying him for 4 more years.
