That is too bad. Probably a long shot to have made the team, but I thought that he looked very good at SF.

Hopefully he can heal up and be ready to go for next year! This kid definitely looks like he could be a contributor for this offense and make that running back group have a nice combination of speed and power for years to come.

Wow talk about speaking way too soon. Injury ended up not being a tear but just an MCL Sprain which has a recovery of 2-4 weeks. The kid still might make the team.

DP reports that it is a sprained MCL that is likely to cause Anderson to miss four to six weeks and that he "likely had" earned a spot on the 53-man roster.
