Falcons Hire Emery, Webster as National Scouts
It's not really a secret that Dan Quinn has final say on the 53...but aside from that it's hard to know just who does what in the player personnel department.
Both of these guys have GM experience in their own rite...interesting they would take scouting roles now. Although Emery has been with the organization before, I think these moves get some people in the building that Quinn has a comfort level working with.
