Carpenter vs. Halladay

Great, great pitching match up. Cards have the #1 offense and of course the game is being played in a ridiculous band box. This game is a toss up in my opinion. Might even give the slight edge to the Cards though giving Carpenter run support this year has been a problem and Halladay is capable of throwing a no hitter at any time. Going to be a hell of a game. Just hope the Cards can get it done because I know damned well they can beat the other two teams.

Good job Cardinals. Looks like I was 100% right on the outcome. 1 run was all Carpenter needed to get the job done. Not much run support but it was enough.
