Game Thread: Cards vs Browns

I thought I would create this thread early since I won't be posting tomorrow. When you guys watch the game, look for the banner below in the end zone pretty much directly behind the goal post. If you see it, rest assured it's Scooby causing trouble in the dog pound.

We usually pick one game a year to see on the road.

On a side note, we are at a hotel right across the street from the stadium and at 7 FREAKING AM, music blairing from the tailgaters in the parking lot. I wake up and draw the blinds to a sea of crazy dawgs lapping up the am suds. I have come across some real passionate fans over the years and based on my weekend in Cleveland I have realized Browns fans can hang with the best of them. Knowledgeable, passionate and respectful sums up my encounters with Browns fans this weekend.

They deserve a winning franchise. Good luck to them.

BTW- I realize I said I wouldn't be posting today, but considering I woke up extra early, I gained some unexpected "awake" hours. At 7am I hear "Stroke Man" cranked up and drew my blinds to this...

Browns fans are passionate. There are also a ton of degenerate morons so be careful. I remember a few of their ilk coming to Glendale for a game where they just tried to start fights with everyone, including a 70-year old guy (who then hilariously thrashed one of them).

These Browns fans ended up either thrown out, with lumps on their heads, or humiliated...but I am guessing from watching them that was a weekly occurrence.

That was a great efficient drive. The run game isn't getting much push up front, although I think that is due to Cleveland trying to stop the run with run blitzes. Nelson is fast as hell to get to that ball & make a great catch. I can't wait till all 4 WR are fully healthy & on the field.

Still no Scooby sighting yet.

Stupid Penalty Club: Kevin Minter (again). Dude needs to get a clue. He's not good enough to tolerate the stupid flags if it continues to be a pattern.

Losing count of how many times Honey Badger is getting burned. Add a stupid penalty to one of the worst games I've ever seen a dude play and it's cooking up to be a real turd.

Patrick Peterson has shut down elite receivers most of the year, but can't handle the likes of Gary Barnridge on 3rd and longs. PP might want to remember you still have to tackle the guy after he burns you and is on the ground. Just the basics.
