Good win for the Capitals. I don't fully blame Lindback for this loss but he put them in a hole early on (again) then gave up a goal with less than a minute to go. Bolts need Bishop back ASAP.

Yep lindback put them in a hole early! But he played ok at times the lightning just could not get the puck out of the zone tonight.

I was willing to overlook the early hole, thought he played well enough to give his team a chance, then he gave up that goal to Fehr with less than a minute.

Seems like a repeat of the last game against the Caps when Ovi scored with less than a minute to tie then won it in OT.

Lindy is too inconsistent and i'm ready to move on from him. On one hand he made some spectacular saves which you love but then he lets in some soft ones too, he's just to up and down for my liking. His confidence is like that too, how many times will he et one goal in and then another quickly after? It's like he can't shake off a goal. Last 2 games, 6 goals on 32 shots, on average the opposition score every 5.3 shots, that equals not very good. I hope Desjardins gets the start against Philly.

Doobster was almost willing to admit that Lindback regrouped nicely from the shaky start and gave his team a chance to win the game, until he gave up that goal to Fehr with less than 1 minute to go. That sort of messed things up from my perspective.

Yes Lindy must go. I'd have more faith in Desjardin than him. What seemed like a good idea at the start of 2012-2013 didn't pan out well for us. I can see why Stevie Y traded for Big Ben.

Yeah true, I would probably start Desjardins the next game over Lindback.
