Hurricanes GM Jim Rutherford continues to have trade calls for one of his goaltenders, as he's expected to move either Anton Khudobin or Justin Peters this week.
Rutherford indicated that he plans on moving a goalie by the NHL's holiday roster freeze, with Khudobin or Peters set to move out of town.
It had been speculated that the Hurricanes would consider a move involving starter Cam Ward, but Rutherford shot down those claims.
The Hurricanes are actively looking to improve both ends of their roster, as they'd like to get a top-six scorer and a defensive-minded blueliner. Rutherford is also actively shopping the likes of defenseman Tim Gleason, and forwards Jiri Tlusty and Tuomo Ruutu.

No way Cam is moved, think Peters may be moved.
