Game Thread: Bruins Hosting Stars, November 5th, 2013

Tyler Seguin returns to Boston for this game.

This Oklahoma native is still annoyed that the former North Stars left the state
my maternal grandmother grew up in, (Minnesota) for the (to me)
Wrong Side Of The Red River.

Dallas comes in at an even .500 (6-6-2) while Boston comes in 3 games over at 8-5-0.

Gotta go with the Bruins but lots of drama here with players facing their former teams.

Boston/Dallas games seem to always be really physical. That game where there was like 3 fights in the first minute, and Bruins went up 2-0 within the first 3 minutes, was fucking awesome.

I hope we keep Seguin off the scoreboard and stomp these lonestar fools. LETS GO BRUINS!

You new members are great for starting GDT's but just so you know, we usually post them on the general board so other members can chime in also. One thing you'll find is the hockey fans here are some of the greatest guys you'll ever meet online (and in some cases in person). Jeff and I went to a game in Philly 2 seasons ago, met quite a few Flyers fans there, including hanging out with 2 after the game. It was a great time. Yeah man, these boards are for sure better. ESPN was just a troll fest at the end. Yeah, Pens & Bruins do seem to be on a collision course, great game last week. Both teams really played at a high level up & down the roster, was really impressed by both teams that night. Keep the lools comin, I've made it an official Pens meme

Chiarelli is the furthest thing from a moron. The guy is a mastermind. Did we pull the trigger too early on Segs? Maybe. But he wasn't fitting in to our style of play. He has the finesse and the speed, but he didn't have the grit and had a hard time finding the back of the net. SOG are great, but it's the ones that get through that count.
