Right now is the opportunity he's waited and prepared himself for the last 3 years. He can show that the stage is not too big for him, be competent and put himself in a position to make himself millions of dollars. The real question is did he do the work and prepare himself or will he flop because he didn't.

They are either a step slow or in the wrong formation. Their DC doesn't do a very good job.

Which is why they come up short in the playoffs. I don’t think we will have to worry about it this year.

Really? The way I see it is I'd put most of this on McCarthy. He basically decided he wanted to run the ball and put it on his D. This D can't stop a nose bleed, and when it was too late he then expected a guy starting his first game to get 2 scores with 5 minutes left. I'm not sure what universe that would work in, but it's not likely in this one.

He has been awful for 4 years and why he is still here is a mystery to me.
