Herb for Yaz? Got a non-platoon OF starter for nothing.
Anderson for Wade? Great platoon player/pinch hitter for nothing.
Rios, Vogey for Vander Wal, Schmidt? 2 kids with potential (neither did anything for the Bucs) for a 4th/5th OF and an ACE.
Alderson for Sanchez? A big time prospect (who never even got a cuppo) for a championship.
Culberson for Scutaro? A very nice Util for a championship.
Joseph, Rosin, Nate for Pence? A top prospect who faced serious injury issues that derailed his career and a disgruntled 4th OF for the Herc.

Plenty of others out there as well…

Schmidt hands down. He was an ace for us for years. Pence a close second and Scutaro also extremely close. If Scutaro doesnt get injured he would be so close with Pence it would be hard to pick one over the other.

Those led to chips. Hard to “vote” against those trades. The fact the Giants gave up very little (a part time semi-power hitting 1B and a long time Util) for both players makes them better.

Yaz, even though we gave up literally nothing for him, still does not equate to a chip.
