The answer to this is simple: Effort. And that should not be a problem now that the bad influence in that regard is gone in Queen James. We should see better efforts even from D-Wade even when he doesnt feel at his best.

Those 50-50 situations the Heat were beat at far too many times, by lesser teams, will not be an issue this season. This group wont belittle the opponent or any point in the regular season.

Effort and talent. We have a playoff team that will win 42 plus games. How much above 42 will depend on chemistry and how far Bosh and Wade take us. Talent wise, we are not as good as last year.

Hope you are right. I see us as the 6th seed unless Wade and Bosh play up more than expected. Hope Deng and Grainger bring it and Mcbob does not take a step back. Really concerned about our ability to get rebounds.

What are you expecting out of Wade & Bosh? I'm expecting 20-23 PPG from both of them. Deng will be solid. I think Chalmers will be improved and should avg double digits.

Granger is a wildcard while McBob will be a solid role player who I can see avg 8 & 10 or something.

I'm concerned about 3 point shooting and rebounding.

Hoping that each averages at least 20. Without that, we may be an 8th seed. Hoping they can average 24 or 25 to get us a first round bye. Chalmers will be better scoring but hope he just plays solid defense. Hopeful, that we end up with 47 plus wins.

Noah, Rose, with Gasol or Gibson seems pretty formidable. Former MVP and reigning defensive player of the year. Don't sleep on the Bulls.

I have always and will always feel that rebounding has as much to do with effort as it does size or any other factors you may come up with - We have a roster full of guys who will be hungry this time around, more so than we have had in recent seasons.

Not looking for a drastic improvement in rebounds but we will most certainly improve in this category and the other 50-50 stats I mentioned before.

I am concerned about the 3pt shooting though. But we will be alright there as long as we take quality shots and rebound well.
