I think I may have overcooked my fatty, wasn't all that great and was kind of dry. Had trouble getting the internal temp up to 165, so I'm not sure whats up with that.
Still edible, but not as good as I hoped.
Ribs were awesome once again.
Maybe over cooked yo?
If it's good beef, that's over done.
150 is on the top end for medium. Meaning, any higher, and it's medium-well.
Also, the meat will continue to cook, up to 10 degrees more, when resting, so if you cooked it till 165, it very well coulda ended up being 175-80, which is well, WELL done.
