I am looking forward to seeing who is getting cut from the UFC between Frank Mir and Alistair Overeem. I will go ahead and guess Overeem will win this one and Mir retires.

Mir took some serious shots in the 1st round. Cant believe he stood up after those knees to the body.

what a boring fight card, outside of Trujillo/Varner, all the fights were uninteresting. So glad I didn't buy this card.

I just saw the post fight deal on fox sports, Dana almost suggested both both deserved to be cut. He did not like the fact that Overeem had a solid chance to put Mir out multiple times and did not finish the fight. He was extremely upset with that. Then he called out Lesnar, who dana said was "a guy that does not even fight anymore" and I would not be surprised to see Overeem done and mir have a better shot at fighting again, maybe one last goodbye win.

Dana also upset with the uriah stoppage, said he was still defending himself, but Faber was upbeat after the fight, wants to see his team mates get title shots. Class act and a guy that does not need the belt to keep his fan base and ufc appearances outside the octagon.

Overeem is a proven idiot. I can understand him being more careful than he typically is since Mir can pull off a submission in a flash and a loss could cost him dearly but to call out Lesner? He is just a fucking moron.

Very shitty night of fights for sure!

The only thing I got out of this was that Aldo still holds the belt and want to see him move up and fight Pettis.
