Anybody know what the deal with Beachy is?

When is he coming up? I thought he was supposed to be up here like last week.
Also, who does he replace? Can't be Hudson or Teheran with how good he's doing. Do you think Medlen goes back to the BP?

I know he made a rehab start the other night, I think they're waiting to see how he reacts to that. Very touch and go right now I guess. Medlen has voiced his displeasure in going back to the BP, not sure that matters a whole lot though. I think it should be between Medlen and Maholm, but it wouldn't surprise me if Beachy starts out in the BP like we did with Medlen when he came back from Tommy Johns.

Last I heard, he's progressing well. Not sure about a timetable for his return though. I did read that Alex Wood may be taking Medlen's spot in the rotation and Medlen may go to the bullpen.

That's weird that Wood would take Medlens spot. I just hope Beachy gets back. The guy was awesome and on a roll before he got injured. Our pitching is good enough but it's too inconsistent

I'm thinking the same thing. With the success Medlen had with his routine, I imagine Beachy's will be very similar.
