I think the game was played on a neutral court; that said, the UMass player was doing a lay-up when he was body slammed by the FSU defender. He regained his balance by grabbing the rim: Call: no basket, hanging on the rim, no foul called, side out FSU with 3 second remaining. If the layup counted and the guy makes the foul shot, the game goes to overtime. YIKES!

I didn't like the hanging on the rim call either. A few of the undefeated teams went down this weekend. Nova and SU next weekend...the list grows smaller.

This is another drill I suck at...well just don't have the time to really study other team players. I guess when SU was in the Big East, I had been there so long, knowing the players was already built in and all I had to do was look at the recruits.

SU's first year in the ACC.....I'm still trying to get the mascots right.

Ain't happening hammer. Miami is doing what it needs to do though. Slow it down and make three's.

But Coach JB don't care about the point spread. He'll play the same steady game and be happy to win by a couple.

john... The Big East is in the past. And ND and Pitt can kiss my ass as well. The ACC is so much better than the big east I don't even see the motivation to bring it up.

SU should have been in the ACC years ago.

The "former Big East" teams are looking great, especially Cuse and Pitt.

Jonvi is correct. Cuse, Pitt, ND and Louisville should have been in this conference years ago. I'm pissed that we let WVU get away. Oh well.

truth, any big east fan knows that no matter who is paying on that ND team you are unlikely to get a win when you go there. Not surprised at all that Duke lost, considering this was LITERALLY their first true road game of the season.
