"Draft pick in the bank"

Essentially when your teams' bonehead GM finally gets fired, said team gets a compensatory pick as part of the draft lottery.

I like that idea. We've fired a lot of GMs and the Sabres have done nothing if not hit on all of their draft picks for the last decade.
