A Slimmed down Yasmany Tomas

It was reported back in December that Tomas had shed 25 pounds. Here is what he looks like today at the Dbacks fan fest. It's still hard to tell exactly what kinda shape he is until we get pics of him in his uniform, but you can definitely tell he lost some weight.

He looks good, but weren't we supposed to have this guy because of his power? I like that he was a good hitter for average and may be again, but he's getting paid a lot of money.

I just read a Steve Gilbert piece for MLB.com where he mentions RDLR has shed 22 lbs.

He's not making a lot of money yet. Now if his power doesn't develop, after 2017, the Dbacks are going to be in trouble. 2019 & 20 are player opt out years.

I love how De la Rosa was just handed a rotation spot. Hilarious how they keep screwing over Archie, essentially telling him its either you or Robbie Ray for the 5th spot, but im sure they like Ray more
