Games like this are fun. Exhausting if all the time (Colorado). But once in a while, it's part of the fun of baseball

I like the offensive side of the game but not so much the pitching. I'd be fine if we won every game 13-0.

Anyone ever waded through the poopfest of McCovey Chronicles GDTs? It's like 10,000 screaming Nolans who think they know more than Bochy and Sabean about everything.

Although they are giving BoB some funny shit about his score posts

I actually used to like scrolling through their posts, back in like 2007-2009. Wasn't as Nolan-y. In-fact sometimes I went there to get away from Nolan.

But it's never been intelligent baseball talk. It was just funny posts. Never felt like a community. Went WAYYYY downhill after the first World Series and it was flooded with bandwagoners.

Why was Petit pulled? He only threw 13 pitches. And its an AL game, not like Bochy needed to pinch hit for him.

Good question. We have 2 long relievers and they went 2 innings combined.

I understand Vogelsong, he wasn't getting the job done. Petit, however, was a head scratcher, especially considering he was the 5th reliever in a tie game close to extra innings.

Yeah, just thinking probably should have brought in Stric or Romo instead of Vogey there, and wasting a long reliever in a middle relief situation. Coulda, shoulda, woulda.
