Like I posted during that game, the running game will be shelved for a few weeks to confuse and "surprise" opposing teams.

To be fair, Blanco led off the game with a single, and was caught stealing. So I guess that was enough for Noggin?

And since Riot's pitiful sacrifice bunt attempt last inning did nothing, we can look forward to seeing none of those in the week(s) ahead.

That's the play of the game right there. Execute it, and it's more than likely a tie game (or better), and Edlefsen stays on the bench.
