I really wouldn't call anything he's done this year consistent. Other than hit 94 with his fastball and quieting the velocity loss pantshatters, what has he done?

He's still walking way too many people, and as a result, his pitch count is routinely in the high 80s to low 90s come the 5th inning.

This sounds like such a Marcus rant, but I'm so fucking over it. He held out till the last second this OS for top $$$$$, and all we have to show for it, is a guy pitching WORSE (didn't think it was possible) than Zito.

I hear ya. But there are shades of good Timmy. He still has swing n miss stuff (k/9)

What I was alluding to was that he doesn't need to be CG SHO 10+k Timmy to make strides in improvement.
