Dude we drove 9 hours each way to go to the Atlanta game last year. It never really left even if i wasnt around here. LOL
I was at the game when Payne and Allen threw punches in Dallas. Dan got real petty and brought the heated benches with him. So embarrassed. The passion was always there, but it just became so embarrassing.
Prior to Dad's cancer, we made 3-4 trips a year back to DC to take dad to the game. 2020 sucked for many reasons. Thinking next year we will start making trips back to DC for games again. Dad passing kinda put a damper on it for a few seasons though.
My dad was Army and passed in 2012. I'm taking my son up there for the game, but honestly I want to go to Arlington and pay my respects to my dad. Additionally, my dad's sister, my Aunt, who is in her late 80's and isnt doing well. I want to go see her before its too late.
Week 1 will be my grandsons first live game ever. So I splurged a little. Kind of hoping we can keep it a secret until we get there. 40 yard line Skins side seats. Another generation being jumped in.
Splurged is an understatement! Lol. I completely understand. I just got off the phone with my son. I'm in Houston, he's in Austin. It brought my great joy to tell him we are going to be at FedEx for week 2 vs the Giants. Knucklehead told me he loved me. Lol. What dad doesn't want to hear that?

I expect Bowles to blitz like crazy. Jayden's pressure to sack ratio wasn't good. Dump offs to Ekeler, as well as Ertz and Sinnott finding soft spots will be key.
Bright side for week 1, no one will really know what to expect from our offense, or defense.
