Valanciunas or McCollum would be my next picks from the West. Can't decide.

I originally had Valanciunas over Sengun, but Sengun has better numbers with FG% and assists.

Brook Lopez is having a very interesting year, so I gave him the replacement nod.

I originally had Trae Young. His PPG is a lot higher than Garland. But Garland shoots better, so I changed it to him.

I know I've said most of the year that Markkanen wasn't a definitive All-Star.

But when looking at it now, and taking health into account, he looks good. He's only missed 5 games, which is better than a lot of other candidates.

I am very close to cutting Embiid, due to missed games.
