I don't have an account there but I've been refreshing that link occasionally. This is the only forum/place I post or comment on anything sports related.

I generally just lurk on Facebook pages, but I'll occasionally post something if it's interesting. I'm not a fan of getting into Facebook arguments with some of the guys on there who cannot write a proper sentence or construct a coherent argument.

Sometimes I find inside info in the comments at the bottom of the page. Every once in awhile someone will post a link with something interesting.

Yeah I lurk the comments section there and sometimes there can be interesting tidbits. That's how I found out about Greg Biggins switching his crystal ball projection from USC to UW.

UW also landed a PWO from Bellevue linebacker Drew Fowler:

Drew Fowler, Bellevue, Inside Linebacker

From UWDawgPound:

"Fowler was rated as a 3-star recruit with a 0.84 composite ranking per 247. It is very rare that a player above a 0.82 ends up walking on let alone someone with both a UCLA and Utah offer. The last player of Fowler’s caliber to walk-on at UW was Myles Bryant and he ended up being a day one contributor and will be a potential preseason all-Pac-12 corner next season. This is great news and helps to provide the kind of depth that keeps programs humming along."

Exactly. We've already seen CP and staff take some 3 star recruits and turn them into first and second round NFL draft picks.

I think that speaks volumes as to how well Petersen and his staff scout players and are able to develop prospects. Even the 3 star guys he has landed these past few cycles have generally been considered really high upside guys.

If he is able to turn 3 star guys and turn them into first and second round draft picks, lord knows what he will be able to do with guys who are considered more physically gifted.

It's worth noting that against Ohio State, Alabama, Penn State, etc. the biggest difference between the Huskies and those other teams was that they simply had more physical talent on the field. The better UW recruits, the better we will be able to close that gap between us and the "blue blood" schools in the country.

I like it! There is all this talk about 5* but there is a serious risk with attitude (example how many of Bama kids pan out in the NFL) they feel comfortable with the 3* and 4* kids to coach up, those kids are more hungry then these prolific kids and that is fine by me

Didn't even know he was still in play. Should say I forgot about it. So much going on the last week. Cross our fingers.
