I gave up on bye week management for the most part - in a 16 team league - you are going to lose a game anyway - so why spread out the talent for bye weeks and be thin every week?

It's good when picking a backup QB and RB depth IMO. For instance my top two RB's have a bye the same week. Nearly took a RB who had the same bye week, so helpful in that case. I don't wanna grab two QB's with the same bye week if I have my QB2's ranked similar. WR wise I don't really care. What is the point in taking a QB2 that you can't use unless your 1 gets injured, unless you are going to rotate your QB's which in most cases you don't unless you take QB1 late.

It's nice for when you have depth ranked similar and can use it to sway yourself one way or another.
