I did a reality check on my "lineup." Looking at past stats on Burriss, Bourjos, and Hunter, I'm thinking wtf.
burriss, 31, only did .245/.307 in his six years in SF.
hunter, 28, is a 10-year career minor leaguer at .288/.348. Problem may be his fielding and baseball instinct.
bourjos, 29, angels/cards is .241/.302 in his six years of MLB; .291/.345 in the minors.
Those guys did okay in ST, but obviously, Blanco plays 2nd, Altherr, 25 (.293/.367 last year for LVH/REA), must get healthy soon, and Nick Williams should stay by the phone.
