Wetern Michigan's WR Daniel Braverman looked very good yesterday against Ohio State. He's a Julian Edelman type slot possession receiver, but has more speed. He's what I think many of you were hoping for in Josh Huff.

Baylor has a 400-pound OL who can catch. They play him as a TE and he somehow gets open on people.

I think we have the slot receiver and his name is Nelson Agholor. He's not an outside receiver in the NFL IMO. He lacks the size or speed, and is more of a quick twitch guy.

Corey Coleman from Baylor would be nice in our offense as a deep threat. He signed an autograph for my kid, who attends his old elementary school in Texas, and seems like a nice guy. Djack with character. But it sounds like he is rocketing up draft boards after already scoring 13 TDs this year--13--and we'd have to use a high first on the guy.

Chip likes Matthews in the slot, due to his mismatch with smaller nickle DB's.

I am sure that Agholor will be a very good WR, if not a pro bowler. He does have very good speed, and is the same size of Maclin. He is just making the adjustment to the NFL. Patience!

This time last year, Iggloo would have been calling Odell Beckham a huge bust.

I really like Coleman as well, Iggy. It all depends upon what Chip gets in FA to shore up the OL, which has to be the top priority. Coleman would be the deep threat we need to complete Chip's O. (That and possibly a QB of the future). ;)

He was hurt and not playing, so kinda different. But nice troll attempt.

I think WR KD Cannon (also from Baylor's stacked WR crew) will be the best of their bunch at the next level. Coleman has the stat advantage in college, but I think Cannon will be the better WR at the next level. How about their QB Seth Russell in Chip's system?

A lot of people are high on Michigan State's QB Connor Cook as a prospect ... I'm not seeing it.

It's fun watching A&M's DLineman Myles Garrett ... a little ruff around the edges when run at, but the potential as a pass rusher is through the roof. Should also be top notch batting down passes ala JJ Watt.

I don't think he's draft eligible, but Bama DB Eddie Jackson has impressed me every time I have tuned in to an Alabama game. Can play either Corner or Safety.

Corey Coleman is now at 16 TDs on the season after scoring 3 on West Virginia. He may break the division I record of 25.

Coleman's a great college receiver no doubt, but some of these sub 6' receivers are hard to predict. Look at Desmond Howard. You also have to look at the system ... Kendall Wright, who's a solid, but not spectacular receiver also put up great stats in that system. Not saying Coleman can't be the next Antonio Brown, I just prefer bigger receivers or receivers who can take the top off the Defenses when talking about the NFL level.

He certainly bears much scrutiny. If he does project to Antonio then I'm all for it. If he's like Brandin Cooks, then we can get a smallish WR later. Again, no matter how good he may be, we have to solve the OL above all else, and I'm confident Chip will.

It's true that his height raises questions, but if rumors are to be believed he runs below 4.4 in the 40.

Yeah, so they say. He looks the part, and is explosive. I'd like him to team with Matthews, Agholor, and Huff, which would make a great WR corp, to go along with 3 TE's. Dynamite!

Thanks. Franklin is building a very good program. The holding on their 2nd TD was the turning point n the game, I thought. By the 4th quarter the defense wore down against your Bucks. A great rivalry is building between the two programs. Maybe even better than Mich/OSU.

Agree. It's good to see the B1G making a nice comeback with rivalries reborn. A ton of NFL prospects we saw on the field Saturday night.
