At least in this game, the suns TWO superstars were not the issue. It was everyone else.

The Beal trade is their undoing. They didn't give up a ton to execute said trade but the money tied to him pretty much devastates their depth. So a guy like Allen gets hurt they have absolutely nothing to step up

For real...just a clone of Booker you don't need 2 exact same guys, and makes SO much money (in 2026 makes $57 mil...they still have to pay him $170 mil over 3 more years)_

Suns are completely blowing this up you watch. Starting with dealing KD. They are stuck with Beal. I'd trade Booker for sure this team is years away

No it wasn't. The Wolves don't get a lot of national attention.

Casuals tend to mainly watch their team and maybe some of the "bigger games" on weekends and some of the playoffs. The Wolves aren't exactly a perennial playoff team either and when they do make it, they tend to only last a round or 2.

Casuals aren't watching Minny vs. Indy on NBATV on a random Wednesday night or surfing through 3 or 4 games at the same time like us hoops junkies.

Ants not on a bunch of commercials like other star players and the league doesn't promote him like they do some others that are in bigger markets.

So, it actually makes sense that casuals wouldn't know him...yet.

Even though the Clippers traded him away, I still root hard for the kid.

As for the development timeline…

SGA did not have the green light to be the man in LA.

So, no surprise he didn’t put up big numbers right out of the gate.

But we’ve seen what he is capable of as a #1 option.
