This does seem to be an issue, just using my team only one person ranked my team outside the top 3 and that one person put my team 8th.

There just is no perfect way to do this, none of us liked just letting anyone vote and we all understood it was time to change the way we decided a Champ, if you guys can think of a better way i'm all ears...

I think the way we did it was fine. Really when you're dealing with teams like this the difference between 2 and 8 might not be as big as you think. Everybody is entitled to their opinion.

This way may not be perfect, but it's 10X better than the bullshit way we were doing it. Having 4 guys who didn't play come on and vote in the last 15 minutes is absurd

The way we decided a tie before was by going to the rankings but I dont wanna do it that way this time.

Then why have judges if they don't decide the winner?

Either way your going to piss someone off. If we go by rankings Shane loses and Nos wins. If we go by the judges votes Nos loses and Shane wins. I just don't see the point of 3 judges not in the draft if they aren't going to decide the outcome.

They did vote it's called the ranking and now it's the judges turn. The problem we had was inviting 3 judges when we only should have invited 2 because we had a a uneven number of teams. If we had 2 judges it would have been 11 total votes meaning no tie.

No I want a fair and balanced way to judge winners in the playoffs so we can stop having problems each draft. We decided having judges would settle the dispute but so far it added controversy. I just want us to decide on a system before we start drafting.

So, just so we can do this the right way in the future should we only have matchups voted on by the league then if there is ever a tie we find a judge?

Yes and no. We have matchups voted on by the league but before start drafting we already have a judge lined up in case of a tie once we start the playoffs.

We got skinsdad for NFL and I believe we have someone else for other sports but we find them first and designate them the tie breaker judge. If someone posts who they think the winner is and wasn't part of the draft then we just ignore their pick.
