As I was driving home, I heard one of the Dodger announcers say the reason for the early count swings is because batters hit only .200, collective, once Urias get an 0-1 count on the batter.

EVERY ball hit deeper than the infield he gets excited and calls it a DEEP fly ball. Maybe 25% if these have even gotten to the track.
