Holy shit, the Hockey Gods are officially smiling on the District of Columbia. Tampa just about completely dominated the first two periods only to find themselves down 0-3 with the game pretty much over. It could've easily been 4-1 Tampa early on. Pretty unreal stuff.

I hate to say it, but if Vegas wins it all, the whole league should be disgraced.

No team should ever be able to win a Cup in year one. It would absolutely wreak of being rigged.

Check it out. Vegas hired Gerard Gallant, ex-Panthers' head coach, who is largely credited with their success this season and will most certainly win coach of the year. They also stole Marchessault, a 30+ goal scorer who was left unprtected, and then Smith for just a 4th round pick from that same Panther squad.

Well, those two players are their top two scorers this postseason and that's just one of the teams they fleeced during the expansion draft. This shit just stinks all the way through.

This is all about money. Maybe Florida got a few million dollars under the table too in order to give up that much talent for almost nothing. The same goes for William Karlsson from Columbus and Tuch/Haula from Minnesota. Then the Ducks give Vegas Theodore in order to protect Vatanen only to later trade him away? I love the transition game Vegas plays. They control the neutral zone like the Devils did in their glory days and get plenty of offensive chances off of those turn overs. I wish the Flyers controlled the middle of the ice half as good as Vegas.
