Either the Phillies are getting royally fooled or they've got Harrison's number.

What’s the Giants record most consecutive outs by K to start a career?

Harrison is definitely getting more wild. He will be lucky to go 3 innings with this pitch count.

Walker in.

Well, that is pretty close to what I expected from Harrison. Maybe thought he'd last a bit longer but the start seems pretty in line with what he's done in AAA this year.

Schwarber and Harper are tough hitters

A hit with RISP!?!

:faint:

BTW, not optimal, but a good start by KH. Five K's is legit. And only one walk. The Phils are a tough hitting team. The kid looks promising.
With some outfield aid from the Phillies. Hey, Pederson would look really good standing in the grass in Philly red.

You mean there isn't rule against scoring runs with 2 outs and runners in scoring position.....the Giants have observed that rule this season anyway :D:faint::brick:

Its an unwritten rule . . . only for the Giants. Or so they thought, at least.

I was in Philly about a month ago. Nice stadium. I was talking with a couple of Phanatics seated near me. I asked what was up with Harper, as at that point, he only have four (4) home runs on the season. That used to be a good week for him. They both shrugged. As I looked down their lineup, their big pickups were all hitting less than .250, and Schwarber was under .190. And yet, they were still driving in runs. What a concept! It doesn't appear that Harper is hurt, or spent much time out of the lineup. Strange. He has since hit five (5) homers in the last month.
