Traitorous fuck.
let everyone pick against hte Tribe....everyone in the national media has...it just seems to motivate them. This Indians team has some of the best chemistry I have seen for a baseball team. Francisco Lindor is so good and so much fun to watch. How many guys would you rather start your team with over that guy? - Not many.

I will tell ya- the Jays bats are unbelievable and their hitting depth is pretty damn good too. I didnt think those pitches in the first were bad pitches by Kluber- the pitches looked a little off the plate even and they were hammered. Kluber settled in obviously - but ill tell ya- Donaldson is a scary hitter- i think he is scarier than anyone on Boston. Encarnacion is probably the best power hitter in the AL. Even later on in the lineup Martin, Sanders, Upton, Tulo---- all those guys can hit homers and change a close game.

The Indians NEEDED this game. IF they lost this game with Kluber starting at home- they would have been in deep shit. Now they are in a good spot and the pressure is back on the Jays. Thats good news.

Almost as bad as Ohio fans complaining about SEC. ALMOST ;).

The ump has been utterly horrid all night (on both ends). Been a well played game. One bad AB for Marco. Should be good series. Jays bats just need to be more clutch.

Why would "Ohio" fans complain about the SEC. They beat the shit outta Bama lol

Just a great pitching performance that they needed to start out this series. Kluber, Miller and Allen were ridiculous. One hit by Lindor and that was the game. He is already on his way to stardom and only 23. Great game all-around. Small ball and defensively

Well stated and I agree. Both pitchers were great in that game. One mistake to Lindor but the Jays didn't capitalize early. Martin and Bautista aren't hitting for shit right now. Gibbons needs to actually manage and shuffle the line-up. Donaldson and Encarnacion are raking and Tulo should be behind them, imo.
All in all though, I didn't really expect the Jays to win game 1. Kluber is a great pitcher but I did like the Jays approach at the plate early on being willing to go the other way (except Martin, he's pulling everything right now and that is not his strength.) Other than the pitch to Lindor, Estrada was actually fantastic. He deserved some run support.

Napoli needs a breakout game. He has been absolute shit the entire playoffs, that's rough bc he was our best power hitter.

Are y'all ready for game 2? I sure am. I think this will be a great series. I'm hoping the Blue Jay hitters are willing to shorten up a little with RISP. Martin should get moved down to the 7 spot so he doesn't think he has to be the big producer. Then maybe he can relax and hit the way he does best, to right center. Bautista has been pretty bad since coming back from his injury really. A few HR's but swings through way too many fastballs when a single could score 1 or 2 runs. 3 K's last night was terrible, although I will give him a bit of a pass on the called one. That was "just a little outside" to quote Bob Uecker, lol.
To Cleveland fans, with this injury to Trevor Bauer, just how much does that piss you off. Based on the sheer idiocy of the thing. I think it really helps the Jays although Tomlin gave you guys a solid outing in Boston. I think it's a big drop-off though. You need more than just Kluber and the bullpen, imo.

Yep, during the game Hammy was saying how he is swinging at everything now.

Bauer is still a stupid kid, he is all over Twitter feuding with people, trying to get them banned at any ounce of criticism. He needs to grow up, luckily his injury isn't that serious and will just be pushed back one start.

I think it helps them.

I'd rather have Tomlin pitch at home then in Toronto's raucous bandbox.

I'd rather Tomlin follow Kluber and minimal bullpen usage than follow Bauer and go before Clevinger?/a bullpen game.

I think Tomlin always shoulda went game 2

That kid is one helluva player. I'm impressed. Davis got them that run with his speed, ala Rickey back in the day. Bad pitch by Happ too
