That's an MLB.com mistake. His 35th homer was 8/17. None since. Gotcha there. :wank:

he had 35 and 1 pending in a previously suspended game that was like in the 3rd or 4th inning. that game was played the other week and he added another one, finishing with 2.

Actually Phil Lies is right. Cozens has 37 homeruns. Cozens story is interesting. He was drafted by Arizona to play football . Some teams did not know that he would choose baseball and was drafted later by the Phillies as a first pick in the 2nd round of the 2012 draft. (77th overall.)
He tried out for the Rangers and Phillies. The draft pick was a compensatory selection due to losing
Ryan Madson to free agency. He put on an impressive display of power during his tryout hitting the ball to all
fields. Another plus is that he hits left handed. He is projected to reach the majors by 2018.

He is certain to get a spring training call. So it depends how well he does then. Plus I wouldn't be surprised to see Hoskins at spring training as well. Balls could be flying everywhere!

The Angels need to trade Trout now, for some pitching. Did you see who their starter for tonight is? I'll give you a hint: It rhymes with Bolberholtzer

Looks like I fucked up there, _phiLLies_. I relied on the MLB "last 10 games" stats which didn't include the suspended game.

Update on "Obie". The first batter he faced (Kinsler) went yard. Shocker.....

Phil Klein went 7 innings and allowed just 2 hits and zero runs. his era is down to 1.52.
He should get a call up soon!

The International and Eastern League playoffs will delay Phillies future superstars from making the scene in Philly until mid-Sept.
That makes sense. Would love to see Lehigh and Reading advance.

Cozens got his 38th homer to tie Ruf's record. He now has 120 rbi. Alfaro went 4 for 5 with his 20th homer in a 14-6 rout of Portland.
