Time for quality at bats. Look away and stop trying to pull those pitches. He's lived outside all night. Make him pay for it.

Mike zunino!

Like I said, Jake Peavy sucks. Unlike I said, pull everything over the fence!

It's great to see the offense getting it done to start this homestand. Hope it's a sign of things to come.

They have been hitting better there lately so yeah, let's hope it continues for a while.

Another interesting stat that I don't think people realize is that before last night Felix was top 10 in the AL in run support and now I think he's 6th. We really don't always give him zero runs every time he pitches.

Oh man, I thought Lomo had another one. James Jones running all over the place. Anytime AJ Pierzynsci (sp?) gets beat I'm happy

At this point, it's going to be a story anytime it happens because of how often it has happened in his career. It's gonna take a few seasons of him getting top 10 run support before it stops being a story I think.

Chance for back-to-back sweeps and to get back to .500 at home with Kuma on the mound tomorrow night. I like it.

I've watched the past couple of games, and it's like night and day compared to April.

If this offense can continue to improve consistently and incrementally as they have for the past few weeks, they might just be able to make this a successful season.

Bloomquist hitting well is no surprise. He has been a consistently good hitter for the past couple of years. I still don't know about Logan Morrison, but he's been as good or better than Smoak so far in every way.

I can't help but still think this success is ephemeral, but maybe Walker coming back and Saunders coming back and solidifying the outfield a bit might just be enough to offer hope for the future.

zunino is a great kid

barely had any AB in the minors, and has come up and exceeded all expectations at the plate and behind it

as critical as i have been about this team, there are some players i think will do great things in their careers, no matter what happens with the m's. i'll be a big fan of both seager and zunino no matter where their paths lead them. just amazing young players who seem to learn with every AB.

I bag on Z but the Seager and Zunino picks were money. Zunino's BA sucks but he's a true catcher and his game management/defense is all you can ask for. He could just be this with his bat and he'd have a long career

earlier on in the year this is a 2-0 loss, but now we are back in it thanks to Seager and Zunino.

I like how once I started bagging on Endy Chavez, he goes 6 for his next 12 ABs with 4 RBIs. Going to need to start bagging on Ackley next.
