I am worried this may have given Seattle some life. We win this game and it’s over tomorrow night. Think Arizona has a good shot of beating Houston tomorrow night with Gallen starting.

Well it is only fitting the bullpen would blow the season. Why he went with Chapman I'll never understand. Oh well. I guess we better hope Arizona beats Houston...

Because the Texas Rangers aren't going to win another game this season.

Fuck Aroldis Chapman. And Bochy as well. Chapman has been TERRIBLE for several weeks now.

Seattle has life. We gave it to them. And now we are going to miss the playoffs.

This is 2012 all over again. Getting swept last series of the season when we only needed one win.

I might trust Sborz in the 9th more than Chapman.

When Texas misses the playoffs and is the laughingstock of mlb will Bochy get fired? And trust me the Rangers collapse will be the big story in baseball by Sunday night. Because he should for his asinine decisions.

And for what it's worth, Carters effort on the game winner was absolute garbage. Way to give it your all rookie.

Jump start is an understatement. Like I said, I have no idea what's going to happen in the Hous Aruzona series. What I DO know is that the Rangers best shot to win a game in this series was blown AND we are about to get beat all 4 games by Seattle

Wait till you see what Seattle pitching does to Texas these next 3 games. Castillo and Kirby will destroy us over the weekend.

One good thing I guess is we won't blow any more saves this season. We won't have a lead again late in a game so it won't matter.

100% agree- he should have laid out for that
I just watched the replay. He was too far away from the ball to dive for it.
He was playing too shallow because there were 2 out and he should have been deeper and off to the left more. I don’t know if that is how he normally plays or he was positioned there.

On the other hand he may have been playing shallow to prevent 2 runs from scoring on a single.

Baseball is a game of inches.
