For a guy who covered the league for about 30 years, SAS isn't very smart. Guy been on shows all week acting like there is no way the lakers can make the finals/beat the warriors and acting like the warriors are a slam-dunk to make/win the finals.
And before the season started......said it would be the Lakers vs Nets.

Great win!!! Didn’t lead the entire game until the last 4 seconds. A ton of turnovers and gave up way too many offensive rebounds.

Toronto is a gritty team, they play great defense. They are definitely a playoff team

Hell Yeah. We do not fear the deer.
Solid road win for the Knicks tonight in Giannis' house.
Yes I know the Bucks were shorthanded but still a nice much needed win after they crapped out in their previous 2 games.

Final:
113-98
Knicks are playing some great ball. Cavs play them Sunday, I swear every game it gets tougher

Both squads are playing good ball. And yes..its a tough league that'll humble you and it never gets any easier.
Knicks tend to get too complacent a lot after nice wins though.
Hope that won't be the case on Sunday at MSG.

I know the Pelicans are dog shit but the Warriors aren't even at full strength and they hit that 2014/2015 Warriors mode of "We're just fucking around right now". If Klay comes back as Klay, they're going to the Finals

A looooong way to go but this is the upside scenario I hoped for so far. Them going to the Finals is definitely in the mix but so much time left

Pistons are also bad, but they nearly pulled off the upset earlier against a pretty good Nets team.

And with Hayes out. They really need to call it sooner than later on him in my mind.

Cade has to start finding a stroke also. Been shooting awful

Yeah maybe. It's hard to pinpoint right now, and I know they're a very young team, but I just don't think Dwayne Casey is the right guy or a good match for them as their coach. There are no real simple solutions that's for sure.
But I do hope they start figuring it out. They are a storied franchise.

I don't necessarily disagree in terms of Casey either. For whatever reason they extended him though. He's not utilizing having two big point guards at all.

It might just be some growing pains they're gonna have to work through before they start clicking as a unit.
Some teams just take longer to do so. If they're still floundering and mired in long winless stretches by around the holidays, then maybe some changes could be due...and warranted.

Yeah they are back to form. The Pelicans didn’t have Ingram or Zion but it’s not like they were some great team with both on the floor anyway
