Any past trades, signings, or anything that just chaps your ass constantly…

Right here
Oh I'll take ya up on that one SJ76. Getting rid of Vince Ferragamo and London Fletcher for no good reason still chaps my ass!! All because of what that mothereffer John Shaw thought was excessive monies. Another one was letting Jerome Bettis go to the Stillers for next to nothing!! If I still ever see that bastard I will end that sonofabitch for destroying a once proud winning franchise, That and the Queen Bitch who I am glad is 6 feet under!!

yep, it took a while to replace Fletcher and Bettis.

what was worse was watching them be successful with their new teams.

thankfully, that doesn't seem to be happening with the players that leave now.

That is true ALR. Many if not all the players that have been sent packing in one form or another since McSnead took over are either out of football or have had terrible downturn changes occur in their careers. Most recent: Littleton, JJ, Kiser, and Hill. Remember G-Rob? Out of football.

Fowler was another one. Had a great season playing with Donald and then left for the big payday and haven’t heard much of anything from him since.

please Retro, do not remind us of G-Rob. What a waste of a pick.

Could you imagine a defense with Donald and Mack? Could've happened if they didn't draft G-Rob.

Sorry dude. We had a lot of players that were complete turds drafted by the Drama Queen and the "what-if" scenarios go on ad nauseum! One play the queen did hit on was none other than AD. A blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

And they tried to swing another trade to get another 1st to draft Zach Martin. Should've just taken him instead of Robinson, or traded down from #2 and taken him with the later pick.

G-Rob and Jason Smith. Both those picks set the franchise back regarding the OL. I was begging for trades down for both those picks.

Avery, Barron, Carriker, Lewis, Quick, the entire 2006 class. That's how youu sink a franchise. When you don't hit on a single player drafted in an entire draft class. Could've had Whitworth out of that class.

Precisely ALR. That team under that colossal eff-up John Shaw was flying the franchise into the ground nearly every year. From the FO and ownership, to coaches, to the turds for players they were bringing in, we sucked for a good 20 years. The only savior was Dick Vermeil and he got out ASAP after he got us a ring.

I don’t think he quit.

I think he was forced out because the FO was afraid they would lose Martz.

Evidenced by Vermiel returning quickly to coach for several more years.

McVay and his ridiculous screw-up taking a midget WR/PR in the second round when he could have picked this guy up in the fourth or fifth round. For the production McVay is getting from this dude, every time Atwell steps on the field he makes McVay look like a douche/jackass!

Yea Reeder should be replaced by the other Jones. Jamir. J. Jones is just as big and better in my opinion. Maybe Morris needs to get the shit out of his eyes. Just have the Jones brothers playing ILB and be done with it. Sit Reeder and let him be a STs star.

Usually @Vitamike is the one saying this but some of you need to make your way over here. If you’re gonna constantly bitch about Mcvay and the Rams or Snead or whoever, this is your spot. Lol

Funny thing is this thread was started when the Rams were awful.
Good, great or awful............ there are always challenges to be discussed, and not all of those type of discussions need to be moved over here unless you feel the need to attack someone, bring it here or STFU!

Yea, this was the big trade everyone was anticipating. I would have rather had Myles Jack but this Defense is now laden with stars similar to our offense. McSnead are def all in to win it all. And now is def the time because if we do win it all, there will be alot of old dudes leaving like Whitworth and maybe even Miller. We shall see.

yeah, I would've preferred Jack as well.

younger and less injury prone. And he most likely would've cost alot less than Miller ( whose value is tied in his name moreso than his production the past several seasons as he has been very injury prone ). He has an ankle injury now that his coach described as "not close" to returning. So, who knows when the Rams will see him on the field.

I think a lot of that injury assessment is done for save-face reasons. Coaches are not medical doctors unless they have the credentials which in this case the coach doesn't. When said player gets here and receives the best medical care in the business which the Limp Biscuit has insisted upon, all of that bullshit gets cleared-up. Miller is now reported to make his debut Sunday Night against Tennessee. I suspect his injury is not as bad as reported because I seriously doubt McSnead would have given-up a second and a third for a badly-injured aging LB unless they really are insane.
