I know some will say Rudolph should get a game...I was okay either way on him, so this is fair imo.

I thought Pouncey would get 2, but 3 is probably about right. My guess Rudolph and maybe even DeCastro could get hit in the pocket.

Garrett...assuming he apologizes, etc. my guess is he's back week one 2020, but if he continues to show no public remorse...RG will let him sit into next season. He's fucked up with the wrong guy.
I'm fine with the amount of games they each got suspended for.

I heard his agent imply it. I haven't heard anything about Mason himself actually considering it.

Mason is shitty QB. But he's right. Garrett is a coward. That was bush league. I'm glad that half-man loser is gone for the year. Hope it's longer.
I don't know that Mason is right about calling Garrett a coward, and I don't think Garrett is half a man. He's a dude that lost his temper I am sure this is a lesson he won't forget.

Yeah I've seen that. With his agent.

I thought there was something new stating that he was considering it. Not his agent.
no i havent seen directly, but i would assume if mason shut it down that wouldnt be out there, but very well could be wrong

I watched the video again I think the nut shot people are referring to is with Mason's right leg, early on the left leg seems to brush Garretts nads that looked in inadvertent keep watching and watch Mason's right leg I missed it before. Does look intentional with the right leg.

I thought a little too much for Pouncey (maybe a game or 2). Seems a little harsh for garrett but guess can be justified.

Maybe doing Browns a favor by making sure Rudolph can play in 2 weeks?

If he had been that terrible all season...maybe that would be doing the Browns a favor...but for now we know Pouncey and Garrett will miss that contest.

Seems harsh...There have been few if any cases in the modern era of the league like this one. I'm not real sure they could even consider letting him play again this season. Garrett's appeal camp can't really go back and say "this guy got 4 games, or that guy got 5 games for doing the same thing.

Garrett will be lucky if its just 6 games. He could easily face real actual assault charges from this especially if the league wants to make it an example
Honestly don't think charges are likely, even if you or I did that, we'd be completely fucked.

A Texans DL actually did swing his helmet at Richie Incognito when he was with the Dolphins a long while ago. Didn't connect though.

If this were a normal fight or in a different league id be with you but the NFL and the PA have been talking about head/brain injury for over a decade. Wouldnt shock me to see the league or the PA put some reak pressurs on the Steelers and Rudolph to press charges as an example . This type of shit could legit kill someone.

Rudolph will get fined and honestly should get at least 1 game for actually starting the altercation. Very happy with the Garrett suspension. I wish Pouncey wouldn't get suspended but I get why he was. Ogunjobi getting 1 game might be a bit much. I can understand a fine for him but not a suspension. Someone else who should get suspended is Damarious Randall for that hit on Diontae Johnson.

If someone was trying to rip your helmet off of your head, wouldn't you give him a shot to the nuts as well?

sad.

guy who starts the fight gets off scott free.

He's getting fined. Probably deserves at least 1 game but he ain't getting off without punishment. And yeah, he started it, but Myles Garrett still went above and beyond. Can't justify what Garrett did by saying Mason started it. No reason why Garrett didn't just drop the helmet the second he ripped it off of him.

Pouncey should not have been fined one penny, much less suspended. What he did defines what an O-Lineman's job is: Protect his QB.

Somehow Goodell comes out looking the biggest asshole here.

It was late enough to trigger Mason.

QB's first reaction after a sack is not to pull at the helmet of the person that sacked them.
He got his hand stuck in the guy's facemask.

Rudolph's attorney has not ruled out legal action against Garrett.

Garrett followed that up with: "I'm so disappointed with myself that I could bash a man's friggin skull in with my bare hands and then rip off his head and beat him with it. That's how sorry I am and I promise to be better going forward"
