Wr Depth?

I like em all I probably give Mike Thomas the first one off the cuts since we have so many slot wr and hes only 5'8.

It looks like Jaron Brown and Kerry Taylor have made the squad.


I think Charles Hawkins will make the practice squad.

It would be nice if they kept Hawkins around in case Brown or Taylor don't cut it. I'm glad they are probably keeping them though, they looked good in the offseason.

There will still be quite a bit of maneuvering within the roster the next few weeks. I imagine the Demens is on the team only till Washington comes back... I think we could potentially drop a RB for a WR later on as well...

Both players Hawkins and Taylor have practice squad eligibility, and neither are players that teams will probably run out and sign immediately, so I expect both to be on the Cardinals practice squad...

We already have one UDFA who made the team at the position (Brown) - We are REALLY pushing it asking the Cardinals to carry 3 of them....

Well, remember, the roster is in flux right now because of some injuries and suspensions... We don't keep a FB, so that is probably why we have 5 RB's, and I think they plan to use Ellington as kind of a RB/WR hybrid..

We needed the extra TE's because of the injury to Housler...

but more importantly, these guys have to contribute on special teams...

I'd much rather have CB's on kick and punt coverage than WR's...


Just how I'd build a roster anyway...

You need all 53 at least able to contribute in more than one way aside from your P and K
