another gomer special. knew the second ruf had a couple 'off' games, he would take a seat for the day. you don't leave his power potential on the bench against someone like harvey.

I agree. Ruf is a young, anxious hitter doing reasonably well and should not be on the bench. Charlie is an idiot.

Another game where our bats did not show up. I know Harvey is a good pitcher but they made him look like a world beater and the Mets look like a club that is playing above its record. Damn Phillies piss me off!!
