Oregon scheduled the SEC for 2018 but Texas A&M backed out

@AlaskaGuy between this and what happened between Washington and Wisconsin, you can see that scheduling so far out effects the flexibility that teams have in booking games. It has nothing to do with 3 or 4 OOC games.
