It's not Snyder, put any of the top flight QB'S in Washington and players on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball would be clamoring to come to play here. Not having "that guy" and the reason to stay away becomes Snyder, as there's no positive incentive to do otherwise. Jerrah in goat-roper land is a lot more meddlesome, the difference has been, with few exceptions, they have had a high end QB to build upon and attract other skilled players to their teams. If you have time take a moment and compare QB'S manned by each of these teams during their ownership.
