This is a winable game. The problem is, I don't know which defense is going to show up, so with that being said, I am making this pick based on the horrible play of our defensive secondary during the first two weeks of the season. Cowboys 31, Rams 28.

If you are going to the game try to stay away from I-635, construction everywhere. I-35E north and south are a pain too.

Bradford has 1 TD in the 1st half of the past 2 games with an 82.3 QB rating in the 1st half of those games as well. That has to change and the Rams need to get out quick, because Dallas will.

Dallas 34- Rams 24

It's hard to tell which team will show up for both teams. Dallas didn't look like an offensive juggernaut playing against KC or NY. They won the NY game because NY turned the ball over 6 times and they were still in the game at the end. Against KC the offense looked pretty awful against a team that might be good. We'll have our hands full this week but it's definitely a winnable game.

dallas can't run the ball, period. If they are gonna beat us they have to attack with the pass. They haven't done much in the end zone either.

The Cowboys are a 4 point favourite. If Saffold was starting at RT I would rate the Rams heads-up as an even money shot...or slightly better than even. With Saffold out I would put Ware against Barksdale all day if I were coaching the Cowboys. Ware's best quality is his speed, which is what Barksdale can't handle. In that scenario the Rams offense crumbles and we lose 23-6. If the Cowboys waste Ware's talent against Long it could be a 3 point game. With Saffold unlikely to play I pick the Cowboys to win and cover the spread.

Doesn't Ware play RDE only?

Ware has been a pass-rushing ROLB until this year. In the 3-4 the LOLB is normally in the QB's line of sight and mixes coverage and rushing to a greater extent. 4-3 DEs are less scheme orientated. I couldn't tell you if he's played solely at RDE or whether he's moved around. I suspect he's spent most of his time there but it would be a waste against us from their perspective.
It's just my take on things. Fisher and Garrett will probably create weird and wonderful plans. Plans that have everyone in their usual places.

Yikes, if you are going to the game I hope you aren't anywhere near 635 or I-35E. Stick to I-20 and go to Ft Worth for entertainment.

dallas doesn't play games that are more than a score apart. So we will either win or lose by 7 or less. I'm going to say Dallas wins (homer pick) but it is something like 20-17

I just hope the Rams win. Would be nice to see the Offense get going earlier in the game. Bradford has some great weapons. Now he needs to use them.

I expect the Defense to bounce back. Fisher may need to change a couple of the starting DB's in the future if the DB play doesn't improve.

The Rams could win this game, though it's a road game.

:agree: :10:

Oh and there is so much construction going on in the Dallas area right now. I don't think they will ever finish.

The Rams play a very physical style of defense and the Cowboys have a weak offensive line. Romo will need to make some plays to keep the Cowboys in the game all four quarters, however if he does look out, he can get on a roll.

I think the game will come down to whether or not the Rams defensive front will get to Romo or not, I think they will. Since the Boys, like us have no real running game, the offense will get their chances and they should be able to take advantage of the Dallas' shaky secondary. Provided there is not a issue with negative turnovers Rams win.

Both teams are going to make mistakes, it's their nature. I think it will be a close game with the team making the fewest dumb mistakes winning the game. I really believe it could go either way. Assuming Briant is healthy the Rams are going to half to double him. Witten is going to get his catches and yards anyway but they can't left Briant go off for 150+ like last week with Jones. I think they can get to Romo and cause some bad throws and maybe get a few picks. They just need to cut down on the dumb penalties and pathetic play calling.

This is a winable game. The problem is, I don't know which defense is going to show up, so with that being said, I am making this pick based on the horrible play of our defensive secondary during the first two weeks of the season. Cowboys 31, Rams 28.

Unfortunately, whichever D shows up, it's the same one...The one that apparently is going to make every QB on the other side of the field an automatic 1st ballot HOFer...The secondary has been horrific and the stats for the front seven are not as impressive to me as some others...I've said since day 1 that the secondary scares me to death...Finnegan is suddenly a train-wreck waiting to happen... Jenkins is suddenly trying to make a play on every ball thrown anywhere near him, and getting burned for his trouble...It's either they're being told to play too loose in coverage or getting beat in any press coverage look they try to get into...I think they can beat the 'Boyz, I'm just getting so disheartened with the secondary it's hard for me to be real optimistic..I picked them this week mostly because I sometimes go with my heart and not what little living brain tissue I still have...Come on, Rams, play a full game on offense and give up less than 400 yards in the air...Help us out here...I'm also a little disappointed that Fisher won't give the offense a little more rope in the 1st half instead of waiting till they have to go to a more uptempo because they need to try and catch up...OK, I'm done now...

I would like to Whitten get jammed by Ogeltree/Mcdonald.

Oh yah it would be nice if Sam wouldnt throw a pick 6. I know last weeks wasnt his fault but we cant keep giving points away. Also we have to cut down on the penalties. DId I mention that I freakin hate the Cowboys?? I would LOVE for our team to win this game !!
