Something about this one feels more special than the previous two.
Don't get me wrong, the previous two were amazing in their own right. But this one feels different.
I feel like this team wasn't as well rounded as the 2010 or 2013 teams. And after all the distractions during the season, (Crawford getting hurt while drunk, Sharp and all his off ice issues, Kane going down to injury), I really didn't believe this would be our season.
It was a long season, with a lot of uncertainty, and somehow, this team still found a way to win. Being down 3-2 in the WCF wasn't a good feeling. Winning this Cup was huge, most likely the final time we see this Hawks team with Patrick Sharp and Johnny Oduya.
